These Terms govern your use of SoulCore Fit services, sessions, programs, and this website (the “Services”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
2. Who We Are

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have written consent from a parent/guardian, to participate in any paid or unpaid Services.
4. Nature of Services (No Medical Advice)
We provide strength training, coaching, and somatic-informed guidance. We do not provide medical, physical therapy, or psychological services. The Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before starting any fitness program.
5. Health & Assumption of Risk
You represent that you are capable of safe participation and acknowledge that physical training involves inherent risks (including injury). You voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to train within your capacity and inform us of any relevant conditions.
6. Scheduling, Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Sessions are by appointment (in-person, small group, or remote).
- Client cancellations require at least 24 hours notice to reschedule without fee. Missed/late cancellations may be charged in full.
- If we cancel, you may reschedule or receive a credit/refund for that session.
7. Payments, Packages & Refunds
- Fees are due at booking unless otherwise stated.
- Packages must be used within the stated timeframe; unused sessions may expire.
- Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.
8. Remote & Hybrid Services
Remote participation requires adequate internet and a safe training space. You are responsible for your environment, equipment setup, and safe execution of movements.
9. Results Not Guaranteed
Every body and context is unique. We cannot and do not guarantee specific results or outcomes.
10. Client Responsibilities
- Arrive prepared (hydration, appropriate clothing, safe footwear).
- Communicate injuries, pain, or discomfort immediately.
- Use proper form and follow cueing; ask questions if unclear.
11. Code of Conduct
We maintain a safe, respectful environment. Harassment, abuse, or disruptive behavior may result in removal and/or termination of Services without refund.
12. Intellectual Property
All content we provide (programming, materials, methodologies, text, images, and brand assets) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, distribute, or exploit materials except for your personal training use.
13. Testimonials & Media
If you voluntarily provide a testimonial, you grant us permission to use it (first name/initials unless otherwise approved) for marketing. We will not share private health details without consent.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your data and use it as described there.
15. Third-Party Tools & Links
We may reference or link to third-party tools or sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Use at your discretion.
16. Disclaimers; Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thalorion Holdings LLC and its coaches from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
18. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Hampshire, USA. Venue shall be the state or federal courts in Merrimack County, NH.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
